Memories from Year 2008

It's been more than a year since my last update??
Well, the previous year was a splendid year. I had completed my golf lessons and attended a huge series of baking and cake icing classes.

Next, we have moved out from our 1st nest on 16th Dec 08...moved all our barangs to a storage house & shifted temporary to my folks' house...for a good 6 months due to a major full renovation. That was a good chance to give the entire place a good screening, ended up disposing half of the items in the house! We had been getting too much, especially clothes & shoes, which we had to give away more than half of our collections to the Salvation Army.

Recalling those moments, the shifting didn't impact our little Ed in the beginning, till the night when we officially shifted over at my parents' place. He started to realise the car bypassed our old home & noticed that we were heading to another carpark, he said with a teary face, that he missed the old house and wanted to go back to the old nest. We brought him back to the empty house the next day and he was so upset about it. No more bed, he said. He will definitely miss his neighbour Kenneth Kor-Kor, who was his usual playmate.
